Many factories in the food industry, as well as fertiliser and dairy companies use drying air in their production processes. It is important that for every process, drying air has the correct composition and is clean. Especially for food products, it is vital for the drying air to be extremely clean. The production of powdered milk also involves drying air. By evaporating water from the milk, it condenses. A dry tower sprays the condensed milk as a fine mist. As the milk droplets fall, clean, warm and dry air remove the water even further until dry milk powder is left at the bottom of the dry tower.
