When we design air-cooled coolers, we aim to find the optimal combination between costs, use of material, noise pollution and energy consumption. There is still plenty to learn about and improvements to be made to the interaction between air flow and pipe bundles in air-cooled coolers. This is why we have created an intensive research program over the last few years. One of the results is the development of a brand new fan, the Whizz-Wheel®. The fan is lighter and more silent (4-6 dB(A)) than the best existing fans. The Whizz-Wheel® complies with the strictest sound regulations and has a 40% better efficiency than currently available alternatives in the market. Its energy consumption reduction is considerable. People, Planet & Profit: less material, less energy!
