Customer challenge
Our customer wanted to install a plant to separate fluid components that would result in a valuable product that could be sold. They understood which kinds of fluids needed to be processed and which components needed to be separated, but needed a partner to develop the project at process and equipment level.
Our approach
Bronswerk Heat Transfer developed the process flow diagram and the heat and mass balance to make this work and minimize the amount of auxiliary heat input by recuperating heat from the product.
The solution
We designed all Heat Exchangers, Air-Cooled Coolers and Vessels at minimum investment and operation costs. Ultimately, we engineered, manufactured and delivered all units, comparable to an EPC company.
